Today, we are finally moving on to a new subject called Adobe Illustrator, which is what we were suppose to learn a few weeks ago. Some of the computers we have in our school has different versions of Illustrator. Some has CS1, CS2 and CS3. The computer I usually use has CS2, but the teacher’s computer has CS3 because he said his computer is better than ours. The computers in the school all sucks. We were going to read what he put on the portal for us to learn Illustrator but because the Internet in school weren’t working for almost all the computers. So we had to read it at home and we might even have a quiz on the reading. We basically learned about the Palettes in Illustrator, what are the shortcuts for the little tabs in the Palettes, and how to use some of them. We also learned how to change colours using fill, and how to change the borders using stroke.

Today, we finally finished ALL of our presentation. Mr. A.J gave us a few minutes to finish writing our evaluation for other people’s presentation and then handed it in. Our next topic is on Adobe Illustrator since all the computers in school now has Illustrator so we can actually try it ourselves. We were suppose to have a typing test today after the presentation but then the teacher didn’t give it to us because he feels like we need a break. So we are having it tomorrow. Right after the class tomorrow, we are going to start on our new unit.

Today, we still didn’t finish our presentation. I did my presentation today, and I think I did good. We evaluate people’s presentation like yesterday but we didn’t have a break because Mr. A.J wanted to finish the presentation and move on to Adobe Illutrator. He asked us if we can stay in for flex but me and Queenie couldn’t because we had to go to some other classes. So we are finishing the presentation tomorrow instead.

Today we did our presentations. People signed their names on the board to be able to know who’s next to go set up, but I didn’t go because we didn’t have time. We had to evaluate people, and we get 10 marks for that. After a couple of presentations, we went outside for a break. We were stretching for about a minute or so, then we went back in to finish up the presentations. There wasn’t many people who went up to do the powerpoint. I don’t know why. Today just seems like a short time of class. It’s weird.i wanted to go today, because we had a week to practice my presentation. I don’t want to practice anymore. I just want to get over with it. Thought I am kind of nervous because I have stage frights. When I am presenting, I look at the audience and I feel like they are laughing at how stupid I am up there or saying how my presentation sucks and stuff like that.

Today, we were suppose to present our powerpoint presentation for the whole class, but because today is movie day and we all want to watch the movie. And Mr. A.J also brought a movie. So we watched the movie instead. And we also had lots of time to finish up touching on our presentation and digital journals. I don’t know the movie that we watched today, but I have seen it before. I liked the movie because it is funny.
